Through all of her duties, Cheryl's primary mission is absolute customer satisfaction.

She has a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting and joined RiverLift in 2003. Cheryl handles a wide range of duties, including providing quotes for asphalt and de-icing salt customers, daily reporting to customers on inventory and shipping, monitoring asphalt plant costs and inventory, accounting, insurance and much more. She is directly involved in all customer commodity transactions, from listening and understanding their needs to implementing solutions and communicating any product, inventory or shipping status information they require.
