Having grown up working in the family business, Mark has hands-on knowledge of every aspect of operations.

He has more than 25 years of project management experience, including all phases of barge, rail and truck shipping and warehousing. As President of Operations, Mark manages barge and rail transloading, and terminal and trucking operations, including hiring and training employees, scheduling, purchasing, quality assurance, maintenance, cost control efforts and more. When a customer has a challenge, Mark takes the lead in devising a solution. He matches existing capabilities to customer needs, adds new equipment or processes if necessary and does whatever it takes to make sure the customer's requirements are met. Mark is married and has two daughters.
